G.R. co-founded Stacker Holdings and was previously a partner at Acuity Capital Partners, where he invested in and managed lower middle market private companies. He has experience sourcing and underwriting investments,raising debt and equity capital, and supporting investments. G.R. is currently the president of Acme Finishing and has worked closely with all of Stacker’s portfolio companies on sales & marketing initiatives. G.R. is experienced with the Entrepreneurial Operating System and has seen firsthand how increasing employee engagement and strengthening the culture of lower middle market businesses delivers financial results. G.R. lives in the suburbs of Chicago with his wife and four children. Austin co-founded Stacker Holdings. Prior to Stacker, he was a partner at Acuity Capital Partners and where he both invested in lower middle market businesses and took on various special projects and operating roles at the portfolio companies. Austin has experience sourcing, and performing due diligence on investment opportunities. Prior to Acuity, Austin worked as a research analyst at Michaud Capital Management where he focused on private equity transactions, and other alternative investments. Austin received his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Iowa and completed his M.B.A. at the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business. While earning his M.B.A., Austin started and ran Reichardt Threads, an e-commerce clothing company. Austin is involved in Big Brothers Big Sisters in Chicago and enjoys Iowa Hawkeye football, traveling, and outdoor activities.
Tim heads up Stacker's operational intelligence efforts. He provides extensive operational support to Stacker's portfolio companies and evaluates all potential acquisitions from an operational perspective. In addition to his work at Stacker, Tim is a co-founder of The ProAction Group, where his efforts are focused on improving profitability for his clients. Tim has designed and implemented innovative ways for clients to manage the costs, benefits, and risks of purchased goods and services, logistics, and inventory management and control. These projects include helping clients design distribution networks; develop international sourcing organizations and strategies; negotiate long term alliances with suppliers, carriers, and customers; re-engineer logistics and order flow processes; and implement many other changes.
